A brand new policy was passed on Thurs Nov 1st by your Labor/Management Team. This policy was termed monumental in that the Local has been fighting for a wellness program at SWA for years. I hope the policy will be out to all stations and also posted on Codethree ASAP. This policy gives permission for all employees to work out on duty. Please, before going out there review the policy.
